Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 85%, scoring 47 in the Portland Trail Blazers goal

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 47 points while missing just three shots, while the Milwaukee Bucks managed to win the Portland Trail Blazers’ four-game winning streak with a 127-109 victory Friday night.

Jrue Holiday added 22 points and 10 assists for the Bucks, who led by 24 points in the third quarter.

The game included two of the league’s top scorers: Damian Lillard averaged 29.8 points, second in the NBA, while Antetokounmpo came in fifth with 28.3.

But Antetokounmpo had a hot hand on Friday, making all 18 shots inside the arc in 3 points. He binds Wilt Chamberlain for most 2-point field goals made without fail, according to ESPN Statistics and Information.

An early 11-0 run helped the Bucks to a 19-7 lead. Milwaukee led by 14 points in the first half, but the Blazers narrowed the gap to 60-53 before the break.

Lillard’s 3-point lead brought Portland 60-58 early in the fourth quarter, but the Bucks didn’t let the Blazers get close. Holiday’s basket extended Milwaukee’s lead to 86-70, and the Bucks overcame the quarter 11-1.

Bucks dominated all night in the paint and no one more than twice MVP. Antetokounmpo overcame Trail Blazers 47-46 by two points and the free throw line, the first player to ever achieve this feat, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Bank Blazers struggled, going 0 for 16 on the field in the first three quarters. Anfernee Simons hit a triple at the start of the fourth to end the drought.

Milwaukee was set to win a 112-97 victory over the Lakers on Wednesday, who managed to win a three-game losing streak.
