Capcom launched Ghosts’ n Goblins Resurrection for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam, the company announced. No release date has been announced.

Ghosts’ n Goblins Resurrection he will follow the brave knight Arthur again as he runs, jumps and fights through mysterious stages, located in the Land of Demons, a fantastic demonic world. Arthur must overcome countless frightening enemies in his attempt to save the princess from the treacherous wisdom of the Demon Lord. Brave knights will have to proceed with extreme caution as they await terrifying dangers, including known enemies such as Zombie, Skeleton Murderer, Pigman and Red Arremer.

- New weapons, magic and skills – The game presents real trials Ghosts’ n Goblins weapons like Lance and Dagger, in addition to new weapons such as Hammer and Spiked Ball. Arthur’s updated arsenal also includes various types of abilities and magic, allowing players to conjure game-changing spells, such as Firewall and Thunderstorm.
- Difficulty modes – Whether a long-time fan or a newcomer, players can decide how dangerous Arthur’s journey will be by selecting one of three difficulty modes: Squire, Knight and Legend. The new game is Page mode, which allows untested apprentices to reappear on the spot with unlimited lives.
- Partnership up – With the local cooperative mode with two players, players can bring a friend or family member in search of them through the Demon Land. Supporting players can choose from three characters: Barry, who creates barriers for protection; Kerry, who wears Arthur even though he is dangerous; and Archie, who creates bridges.
