Andy Bogard was revealed for King of Fighters 15 last week. Although we did not receive “next week’s agreement for more information” at the end of the trailer, expectations did not have to be shattered by disappointment this week, as SNK continued its tradition of releasing a new King of Fighters 15 trailer each week.
As such, Yuri Sakazaki has now been revealed for King of Fighters 15 thanks to the latest trailer.
She is Ryo Sakazaki’s younger sister and is the first woman to practice Kyokugenryu Karate – which is based on a real fighting style called “Kyokushin Karate”.
During the trailer, Yuri Sakazaki shows firepower by hitting opponents closely with flaming projectiles. The trailer also proves that she has deadly armor in her arsenal.
Although Yuri uses the lowest quality version of the Kyokugenryu Karate discipline, she rearranges the style to better suit her goals. Many of her techniques have a flying reason for naming swallows.
By the end of the trailer, Yuri had not yet been associated with two other characters. This means that we will not find out his canonical team in King of Fighters 15 until the following weeks.
