Galaxy A72 image leak indicates 3.5 mm jack (Updated: camera details)

specifications for Samsung Galaxy A72 5g

  • Samsung Galaxy A72 5G apparently appeared in a new leak before its alleged debut in early 2021.
  • The phone would keep the headphone jack while boasting updated specifications.
  • Details also appeared about a range of quad cameras in the back.

Updated: December 18, 2020 (0:30 AM ET): The details of the Samsung Galaxy A72 camera have now appeared and are not at all what the initial rumors suggest. Early reports suggested a range of sloping cameras at the back of the phone, but buyers will have to settle for four snappers.

On Galaxy club, two 5MP cameras will take care of the macro and depth capture tasks. A 12MP sensor will also be included for wide angle photos. Finally, the picture will be titled by a 64MP main camera. The phone will not include a zoom lens.

Original article: December 16, 2020 (16:25 ET): Galaxy A52 may not be the only Samsung A-series phone to receive an update in 2021. OnLeaks and Voice they offered renderings of what they say is the Galaxy A72 5G, not to mention some of its specifications.

If the leak is correct, the Galaxy A72 will share the updated design language of the future A52. This includes not only the Note 20-style camera, the “glaze” camera in the back and the perforated selfie camera, but also a 3.5mm headphone jack – you might not have to worry about using headphones with wire with the Samsung mid-range receiver.

The Galaxy A72 is expected to share many of the specifications of the A52 model, only with a larger screen size of 6.7 inches that will be transferred from the A71. That probably means a mid-range Snapdragon or Exynos processor, 5G and an on-screen fingerprint reader. OnLeaks speculates that you will find a 64MP main camera, but this is not guaranteed.

You could see the Galaxy A72 arriving in early 2021. If the A71 is an indication, it could be priced at about $ 599. This could make it attractive to rivals like the LG Velvet, although it could face stiff competition from the Pixel 5 and OnePlus 8T when on sale.
