Free Sony Giving Away games for PS4, after the return of the Play At Home initiative

After offering free Journey and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection last year as part of its Play At Home coronavirus pandemic scheme, Sony has confirmed that the initiative will return in the coming months. The biggest food so far is that you will be able to redeem a free copy of Ratchet & Clank on PlayStation 4 starting March 1, 2021 on PlayStation Store. This offer will remain valid until the end of the month, when a new offer will have already taken its place.

Starting March 25, 2021, another agreement will grant extended access to Funimation for new subscribers. “What we’ve highlighted today is just the beginning of what’s in store for Play At Home. In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more details about free games and entertainment for our PlayStation community,” says PlayStation CEO Jim Ryan.

In these historic times, the PlayStation team wanted to thank the community by giving something back. Nowadays, we could all use something to look forward to and another reason to keep our social distance safe, so we’re glad to be able to offer a free selection of great games and some entertainment.
