Fredrik Eklund announced that he is officially 160 days old in a post made on Thursday on his Instagram account.
The New York Listing Million Dollar star shared a selfie and wrote a long message in the posting caption to express his feelings about reaching the milestone.
The 43-year-old man began writing: “Today marks 160 sober days and he feels amazing.”

The personality of reality television then talked about the physical benefits he has experienced since refraining from alcohol.
“I have more energy and clarity, I look and feel younger, I sleep better with less stress and without anxiety. My body sings, it doesn’t hurt, ‘he wrote.
Eklund went on to write about his previous drinking history and described himself as a “high-functional addict” before expressing that the decision to become sober was not easy for him.
The real estate agency then mentioned that after deciding to go through his life decision, he finally felt much better about himself.

Specifically, he wrote: “Once I really decided, it was actually liberating. The pressure was kind of. The pressure of not being honest. The pressure to often put a facade.
Eklund described the mental benefits that came to him as a result of his model and assured his 1.3 million followers that he would remain busy despite the effects of the global pandemic on the real estate business.
“I do not care about the future, as I did before. I do not doubt my ability as a father as I have used it before. Meanwhile, business is growing rapidly even in these strange and frightening times, ‘he wrote.
The reality TV personality also noted that he was surprised to learn that sobriety made him “more fun.”

Eklund went on to tell a story about a dinner he attended at The French Laundry, where the mixologist managed to accommodate his desire to stay away from alcohol and create “14 drinks for the 14 courses.”
The real estate agency said that the next morning, “I felt something completely new: to be proud of myself!”
The Bravo star then remarked that her message was not meant as a critique of those around her who choose to continue drinking and said that the writing was about me. Sharing my reality and hoping to inspire those who need it. ‘
