Fox Cities COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic expands eligibility for appointments

APPLETON, Wisconsin (WBAY) – Officials say the Fox Cities COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (FCCVC) is expanding eligibility to create a schedule for receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to the city of Appleton, the clinic previously only accepted meetings for certain eligible groups, including those in Phase 1A, for anyone 65 years of age or older, as well as for school and care staff.

However, anyone who falls under the current eligible guidelines detailed by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), except those with certain medical conditions or those under 1C, will be able to make an appointment starting at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, 14 March.

City officials sent out a press release on the update shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
