Four Seasons Total Landscaping The owner shares his Super Bowl Ad experience – CBS Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A small business in Philadelphia, which rose to fame during the 2020 presidential election, received another dose of fame in Super Bowl Sunday. Four Seasons Total Landscaping in Holmesburg first gained national attention in November, when then-presidential adviser Rudy Giuliani mistakenly chose it as the setting for a press conference.

“We were just people, ordinary people who were caught in an extraordinary situation,” said owner and CEO Marie Siravo.

Siravo had been preparing to hand over the business for nearly 30 years to her son Michael. But he could never have predicted what would happen next.

Fiverr, a global company that connects businesses with freelancers, asked him to play in his first Super Bowl commercial.

“We are so proud to be in our Super Bowl commercial and to help the business,” said Fiverr Vice President Brand Duncan Bird.

The ad amuses itself at the Four Seasons chance with fame and, although Siravo had no previous acting experience, it appears natural.

“The director was so amazing that I would say my opinion and he said, ‘Marie, I need this a little harder, I need it a little harder, I need it with a little more attitude.’ I’m from South Philadelphia, which wasn’t hard for me to do, “she said.

“Is this the lobby?” asks a woman in the advertisement. “This is not a hotel!” Siravo shouted back with a funny sign at the Giuliani mixture.

While the spot made a lot of laughs, it is exciting for Siravo, who said it will have a lasting impact on the legacy she leaves as she retires knowing her company is as strong as ever.

“Fiverr made sure of that,” she said. “My grandchildren will remember me, they will remember me when I am not here and I am lucky that I have my children to carry on their dream.”

After a whirlwind of three months since that infamous press conference, Siravo goes on a well-deserved vacation.
