Four more lawsuits against Deshaun Watson, including one involving sexual assault in March 2021

HOUSTON – Four other lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct were filed with Deshaun Watson on Monday, including one alleging that the Houston Texans quarterback sexually assaulted a woman this month.

Women’s lawyer Tony Buzbee filed 11 lawsuits against Watson last week.

A lawsuit filed Monday alleges that Watson assaulted a massage therapist in March 2021 by “touching her with his penis and exposing her.”

Another lawsuit on Monday focused on two massage sessions, one in June 2020 and one in August 2020, in which Watson allegedly harassed a woman “by grabbing the applicant’s buttocks and vagina, touching her penis and trying to force her to have oral sex with him. “This lawsuit alleges that the first massage was booked through a spa and the second through Instagram, where the woman says she” didn’t realize Watson was a client who turn”.

The third trial focuses on an incident that allegedly took place in January 2021 and accuses Watson of exposing himself to a massage therapist, “touching him with his penis and making sexually suggestive comments.”

The fourth lawsuit accuses Watson of harassing a massage therapist and exposing himself to the woman in August 2020.

Buzbee said in an Instagram post on Saturday that he will submit statements on behalf of several women to the Houston Police Department and the Houston District Attorney on Monday morning. He also said he would ask a grand jury to consider the evidence and determine whether charges should be brought against Watson by the state of Texas.

On Friday, Buzbee said he first spoke with Watson’s representatives about one of the sexual assault allegations in February.

Buzbee also said Friday that he was hired to represent 12 women and that he had been contacted by “more than 10 additional women” who reported similar behavior from Watson.

Last week, NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said the issue was “under consideration” for the league’s personal conduct policy, and the Texans said in a statement that they would remain in close contact with the NFL during the investigation. its.
