Former WR Packers Jake Kumerow catches TD’s first pass with Bills

Jake Kumerow is good for at least one touchdown a year.

Former Green Bay Packers catcher caught his first touchdown for the Buffalo Bills in the second quarter of Saturday’s showdown with the Denver Broncos.

Josh Allen’s 22-yard touchdown came in the second and scored with just under two minutes left, giving Bills a 21-7 lead before the break.

Kumerow had a touchdown catch in both 2018 and 2019 for the Packers. He played in 19 games with the Packers, catching 20 passes for 322 meters and two scores.

Kumerow’s capture on Saturday was his first with Bills.

The Packers launched Kumerow in a somewhat surprising move during the last pre-season discounts, allowing the former UW-Whitewater star to finally sign with the Bills training team. In 2020, he plays in the sixth game with Bills.

Packers has not missed touchdown passes without Kumerow this season. Aaron Rodgers has an NFL level of 39, including 23 to wide receivers.
