Former President Donald Trump will travel to New York City on Sunday, his first visit to the Big Apple since leaving the White House in January, according to a report.
Trump Tower, the former president’s skyscraper on Fifth Avenue, will see an increased security presence after it was reduced in the past month, ABC 7 reported.
The report said barricades will be fixed and parking restricted while Trump comes to visit.
Trump, who was born in Queens and became a real estate developer in Manhattan, changed his residence to Mar-a-Lago, his exclusive Florida resort, in October 2019.
“I hereby declare that my home and residence in the State of Florida described above is my primary and primary home, and I intend to continue to do so permanently,” he said in a document requesting a change of residence.
