Weighing 6lb 7oz, Grace is her second child with the husband of hedge fund chief James Matthews, 45.
Carole, considered part of Pippa’s Covid support bubble, drove to the £ 17 million home in West London on Thursday afternoon.

It is believed that Pippa and James, who got married in May 2017, paid tribute to their respective families by choosing Elizabeth and Jane as the middle name for their daughter.
Elizabeth is the first name of Carole and Kate, while James’ mother’s name is Jane.
