A Florida nurse was arrested this week after authorities said she had allegedly threatened to kill Vice President Harris.
A criminal complaint was filed against her allegations that Niviane Petit Phelps had made multiple threats against Harris that were allegedly sent via a computer application to the nurse’s husband, who is in prison, NBC 6 reported
The reports came in the form of videos in which Phelps allegedly scolded Harris and claimed she had been paid to murder the vice president.

“I’m going to the shooting range just for your ass until you leave the seat,” Phelps reportedly said in another clip.
S.Special agent David Ballenger was told about the threats in early March and a Secret Service agent was assigned to the case, CNN reported
Phelps is charged with making threats against the vice president.
Heroeia Petit, Phelps’ mother, told the local outlet that she hopes the charges will be dropped because her daughter is “sick” and “doesn’t even know what she’s doing.”

Jackson Health, where Phelps has worked since 2001, said she was suspended without pay until she can complete her resignation.
A Phelps public defender did not immediately respond to CNN’s request for comment.
