FKA twigs sat with Gayle King on CBS this morning to discuss the alleged abuses he experienced during his relationship with Shia LeBeouf. In December, the branches filed a lawsuit against LeBeouf, accusing him of abuse and assault. Talking to King, the twigs discussed the beginning of his relationship with LeBeouf, claiming that he would jump the fence at her residence to leave her small gifts. She said she found the gestures “very romantic” at the time, but came to see the actor “testing [her] borders ”and called his actions“ inappropriate ”.
The FKA branches later told King that LeBeouf had become “physically” with her. She said he “will push [her]Then he would say, “You fell.” “In addition, the twigs told a story in which LeBeouf was in a hurry and would have threatened to crash the car with them in it. According to the branches, he “accelerated on the highway and said that if [she] left him – or, if [she] he said that [she] did not love him and if [she] she would leave him – that she would break the car into a wall. She reflected, “I thought, wow, he has so much control over me that he’d rather kill us both.”
Later that night, LeBeouf suffocated the twigs in public, the singer told Gayle King; twigs previously discussed the night in question with New York Times and SHE. The FKA branches also reiterated the claim that LeBeouf made her kiss or touch him a number of times a day.
Shia LeBeouf, in emails to New York Times, wrote that “many of these allegations are not true”, but did not comment on specific allegations. “I’m ashamed of that story and I’m sorry for those I hurt,” he wrote. More recently, LeBeouf formally denied the allegations of FKA branches in a court case.
