Fitbit, one of Apple’s competitors in the portable space, announced today the launch of Fitbit Luxe, the latest fitness and wellness bracelet.
Priced at $ 150, the Fitbit Luxe has a small, Fitbit-sized color display that comes in colors that include white, black, and pink, with the watch body available in gold, black, and silver.

There are sleep tracking features, and when connected to a phone’s GPS, it can measure real-time pace and distance for running and jogging. It is water resistant, so it can be worn in the pool or in the ocean and lasts five days without having to be charged.
As The Verge points out that Luxe is more fashion-oriented than previous Fitbit devices, which is a tactic that Apple tried with the initial launch of the Apple Watch before shifting its advertising to a more health-focused approach. fitness. “Fitness and wellness are all the rage,” says Fitbit’s Luxe marketing materials.
Fitbit has made available a wide range of accessories for Luxe, including various options of tie and mesh bracelets, along with double band and woven bands.
The $ 150 price includes six months of Premium Fitbit service, which normally costs $ 9.99 per month. Fitbit Premium includes advanced tracking information, sleep tools, training options and attention sessions with Deepak Chopra.
The Fitbit Luxe can be pre-ordered starting today, and the Fitbit says it will be delivered at the end of May.
