Matt Jones, his own KSR, posted a series of tweets on Wednesday afternoon, indicating that some changes could be underway, and things got even more interesting once social media news revealed that two of the Kentucky assistant coaches Joel Justus and Tony Barbee changed their Twitter profiles. Athletic Kyle Tucker also sparked a bit of fire, adding that coach changes are “definitely coming.”

There are certainly several major moves coming for Kentucky basketball coaching staff. Among all the recruits, transfers and resumption of staff, this spring there is a major restart of the program for John Calipari.

Going deeper, Coach Justus seems to have recently changed his profile picture from a photo with him roaming the sidelines as a Kentucky coach. to a picture with him and his girlfriend.
As for Coach Barbee, if you use Twitter on your mobile and refresh his page, he (or anyone running these accounts) seems to have removed the British logo that was previously his Twitter background, now leaving it blank.We will keep you posted on the information. Let the speculation begin …

In the absence of a dramatic, unexpected change, I expect Kentucky to add two new assistant coaches very soon.
