Final Fantasy VII Remake Yuffie DLC detailed, will last two chapters

Final Fantasy VII Remake Yuffie DLC

Square Enix has released some finer details about Episode Yuffie – the Final Fantasy VII Remake DLC, which will be exclusively for PlayStation 5 once Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is released this summer. As shown in the revealing trailer, you will play as a young ninja during this escapade and you will be joined by a new character named Sonon.

Sonon can’t be fully played in combat, but Yuffie will be able to eliminate team-team attacks with his help. Moreover, Yuffie’s giant shuriken weapon allows him to fight at any distance, which should allow a certain degree of strategy.

As for the story of the Yuffie Episode, all we know is that it will be divided into two “chapters”. Obviously, we don’t know how long these chapters will be, but if it’s something like the main game, we’ll probably bet on this DLC, which lasts at least a few hours. We hope it’s fun as long as it lasts.

We don’t even know how expensive the Yuffie episode will be – only it has to be purchased separately from Remake Intergrade. No doubt we will receive much more information in the coming months.

Oh, and that crazy-looking guy with the crazy hair in the trailer? It is possible that more dedicated fans have already recognized him: his name is Weiss and he is from the sad PS2 Dirge of Cerberus title. Fortunately, it doesn’t look like Weiss will be part of the DLC narrative. Instead, he is ready to be a strong boss that you can fight in the VR arena of the game. Phew.

Are you looking forward to Intergrade? Do you have high hopes for the Yuffie Episode? He stole some material in the comments section below.
