Want to improve your eyesight, but have little time for it? Followed by the Japanese Rui Hiramatsu, who uses a revolutionary method to activate the brain and exercise vision for those suffering from myopia, presbyopia and even farsightedness, astigmatism or eye strain. This expert, the author of the book “Improve your vision in 3 minutes” (Ed. Kitsune) gives you a series of exercises, based, some of them, on gabor patches, to enhance your visual health.
Gabor patches, a scientifically proven method
This method is based on Gabor patches, images with fuzzy stripes used for visual exercises. In this case, the Japanese Hiramatsu suggests looking for two patches that are the same. In this way, our visual acuity is restored by stimulating the brain.
Internationally renowned research centers, including University of California, have confirmed their efficacy through various studies. The method has become popular in the United States and even in the media, such as New York Times they resounded.
The visual training system is very easy. In these exercises we suggest, you should look for two patches that are the same. If you think of it as a game, it will be more fun and easier to incorporate into your routine. To perform these exercises, you will only need three minutes a day, and nothing happens if one day you can’t do them.
