Did Covid affect you strongly?
No, I had headaches and body aches for two days, but thank God it didn’t hit me hard and I came back.
How long have you been isolated?
I was isolated for 11 or 12 days. Ever since I came from Costa Rica I have had symptoms and what I did was to isolate myself, I told my wife and children that I could not be with them because of that problem and I was in a room, they just brought me food. Can you imagine not being able to see your children?
How hard was that moment for you?
It is very difficult, but we know it is mandatory, because we do not want a relative of ours to become infected. We had to become strong and stay closed, watching TV and social media for a while. It was a bit of a pain, but the family understands.
Did your infection come from sharing a room with Menjívar?
Yes, I was sharing a room with him. When I arrived in Costa Rica, they did the tests on Monday and the next day he was positive and I was negative, but in the days I was there I was also infected. They had changed rooms, but I was already infected.
How did you experience that moment when you couldn’t play the game?
I was feeling symptoms, but I wasn’t sure and it was hard to know that you had to miss a game, but you didn’t know what could happen. Thank God for only two days with body aches and now I’m back to training.

How do you get back from the injury?
