Citizens, led by Alexis Rivera and Hiram Torres, said they would consider filing a complaint with the Chamber’s Ethics Commission for inappropriate and shameful behavior.
“This video that we have all seen about the Nogales representative, which can only be described as a shameful act, is an affront to the legislative process in Puerto Rico.
