Erika Jayne allegedly confirmed the whispers that she filed for divorce from lawyer Tom Girardi due to infidelity, while the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star took to social media to call her alleged mistress.
Jayne, 49, posted and deleted photos taken with an old Girardi cell phone, presenting several text messages that were allegedly sent by California Judge Tricia A. Bigelow.
“It is justice Tricia A. Bigelow. He was the king of my husband, Tom Girardi, and he paid his Saks bill and paid for his plastic surgery. “
The messages say the married lawyer: “Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be much better if I were in front of you. “
Another message read, “Please, baby. Sex makeup? ”Along with several requests for Girardi to pay a doctor David Matlock, Bigalow threatening him:“ I can ask my new boyfriend to pay if there is a problem. It has great dough. ”
While some fans have spoken out in defense of Jayne, others believe the reality star is trying to divert attention from her own legal issues, as she and Girardi have recently been accused of embezzlement.
Bigelow is a judge in the 2nd Division of the California Court of Appeals. She has been in office since 2008 after being appointed governor. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Jayne did not immediately return the request for comment.
