Eréndira Ibarra, the actress of the series “Sense 8” and “Las Aparicio” broke the silence and used social media to reveal that he was abused and raped by an actor and that after that one of the productions she participated in forced her to work with her attacker.
After Nath Campos uploaded a video on her YouTube channel in which she points out that the youtuber Rix also sexually abused her, the actress was inspired by the young woman’s courage, she prepared and used her Instagram account to confess that she also suffered an attack.
Ibarra explained in a letter that he was accompanied by images in which you can read texts in support of women who have been violated by a man and she revealed about the way she lived on set when she confronted her rapist and that the production team, the director and even her acting agency did nothing to help her.
At first, the actress was strong when she wrote that rapists do not overlap in her social network regardless of family, friends and parents, after which she made the most painful confession:
“I was abused, I saw the abuse in front of my eyes and ENOUGH. An abuser will never benefit from my silence again,” he said.
After that, Ibarra decomposed what she had to endure while working with the actor, to whom she referred that he is famous in the middle and that “cynical” slipped in front of her as if nothing had happened.
The actress assured that she is helping the production with a small role and that is why they were not going to look for another actress two weeks before starting something that happened a long time ago and therefore it was his job and his silence or he left with nothing.
In view of the production response, the women on the set were the ones who supported and protected her during the anxiety attacks they gave him inside the caravan.
“They hugged me in front of the indifference of the production and all the people around it, knowing that it did it to me (and certainly to many others). My lawyer and sister were the only ones who paid attention to me, but everyone’s reaction was paralyzing.
“I had to tell my parents it was the worst. I wrote a letter so as not to approach me, he replied with a confidentiality clause (and if you read this, I want you to know that he never signs it) the letter was left on a desk and walked calmly on the set as if NOTHING had happened, “he wrote.
After continuing with the description of what she experienced in those moments, Ibarra assured that, after finishing the project, the remaining taste was satisfactory due to the work she did, but stressed that for her the producer and all the people involved have a huge arrow in his head because he didn’t care about his situation and therefore would never forget it.
