Authorities persuaded a man to give up entering the sea in the Loíza area, given the warning of strong waves for northern Puerto Rico.
“At Loíza we had to guide a person out of the water, because we don’t want anyone in the water. There is a potential danger in these two days, “said Nino Correa, interim commissioner of the State Office for Emergency and Disaster Management.

Correa and Secretary of the Department of Public Safety (DSP), Alexis Torres, visited several beaches on Saturday to guide people who do not enter the sea.
