Elon Musk reveals the only console game he has ever played

Elon Musk is no stranger to video games. The popular CEO of Tesla not only made sure that his cars could play video games over the years, but he also always made her known when he played a new title himself. Despite sticking primarily to the PC platform, Musk has now revealed the only gaming franchise he is willing to break his ranks to play on consoles.

In a new interaction on Twitter, Musk was asked what his favorite console game is. In the past, Musk has made it clear that he spends most of his time playing PC games, but the world-renowned business mogul has revealed that the Halo series is the only franchise he’s played on consoles. Musk specifically mentioned that Halo was the “only” game he ever played on a platform outside the computer, clearly showing his loyalty to the hardware. Again, when you’re the richest man in the world and you can afford a PC platform that others can only dream of, it’s hard to blame him for not playing on consoles.

What is ironic about Musk’s statement is that most of the main Halo series is no longer connected to consoles. In the last year, the developer 343 Industries brought in full Halo: Master Chief Collection the PC. In total, this collection contains six entries from the series, with Halo 5: Guardians being the only notable absence. So if Musk wanted to play the games, but preferred to do so on the PC, he now has that option.

However, in the last month, it seems that Musk has been more consumed by 2077. Cyberpunk. Despite clearly having some issues with the game, including the large number of updates he requested, Musk continued to praise his aesthetics and design.

It remains to be seen whether a future launch on the consoles will persuade Musk to give up the ship, but if it has not been won at this time, it is likely that it will never do so. Again, given how busy Musk is, I’m sure he’s happy whenever he can get any playing time.
