The Pro League issued a document to clarify its position and take action in the case of Byron Castillo. The player was registered in the tournament thanks to the documentation submitted by his club (BSC), which is ultimately responsible for ensuring that they are valid.
The body also relinquished the right-wing permit, as the protection action it filed a few years ago indicated that it could not be sanctioned and therefore did not deny its right to work.
The Pro League was clear in its position not to act until there is an enforceable or final decision. Therefore, until the court decides, they cannot act beyond their means.
