Did anyone control them or anything? At least 100 cars no longer operate at the same time in England’s shopping center

As usual, all kinds of theories have circulated on social networks: from a phenomenon related to the lunar cycle to an alien invasion.

Authorities in Royston, a town in Hertfordshire, England, are investigating a strange incident that took place in the parking lot of Tesco, a shopping center there.

There was a malfunction of the electrical system of at least 100 vehicles, which left the door locks and remote controls inoperative.

“We received a number of calls from citizens who were unable to access their vehicles in the Tesco car park (this is the name of the supermarket in question),” North Herts police commented via their Facebook account.

Out of this problem came out those units that do not have an electric opening, possibly the oldest.

“For reasons still unknown, there seems to be a problem in this area, the opening of the cars does not work properly,” said local security forces, while assuring: “An investigation is being conducted by Ofcom, a communications company.” .

Indeed, there are still a number of cars in the parking lot that could not be unlocked. And as the days go by, the mystery grows.

As usual, all kinds of theories have circulated on social networks: from a phenomenon related to the lunar cycle to an alien invasion. Others, more earthly, associate this inconvenience with a frustrated attempt at robbery: criminals often intercept the signal of the electronic keys of cars and thus enter without problems.

So far, there are still dozens of people who have parked their cars in the supermarket parking lot for a few days and no one can unlock them.
