According to Rossana’s husband, Noticias 34 told Atlanta, he was able to pinpoint his partner’s latest moves through a mobile application, assuring Rossana’s penultimate location was the Ross store in Plaza Fiesta, as confirmed by the security videos.
The last location before the phone was turned off was in a house in Decatur, he assured that he had traveled there but couldn’t do anything else to respect the right of private property, “Where they turned the phone off, we got a mask full of blood, I didn’t get the phone, we did everything we could to get my wife.”
Yhony assured that he had reported Rossana’s disappearance to Barrow County Police, Dekalb Police, Chamblee Police, and Decatur Police, but so far no authority has received a response as to Rossana’s whereabouts .
“I need a lot of help from the authorities because I just can’t because if I did it on my own, the authorities threatened that I would go to jail, I can’t do anything alone, if I had it in my hands, I would research all those places where they arrived.
