Cuban singer and songwriter Descemer Bueno dedicated a few lyrics to troubadour Raúl Torres, one of the spokesmen who was most for him by the regime.

It is strange for Descemer that, in the face of the controversy generated by the recent song “Patria y Vida”, Torres did not come out to counter with another song in support of the government.

“And now, with Patria and Vida, things have gotten worse, as Raúl Torres, the jester of the dictatorship, will say”, says a verse from the song sung on guitar by Descemer and distributed on his social networks.

“And now, with Patria and Vida, things have gotten worse, what I will say Abel Prieto, the jester of the dictatorship,” he adds.

The troubadour Raúl Torres, also known as the “necrotrovador”, is known for dedicates songs to Fidel Castro or Hugo Chávez.

“I know very well where you are / they will tell me, they will tell me it’s crazy / everything I sing / that I’m necrotroving / they will create tricks against my songs / fools don’t see the sun / no, they don’t see it”, says one of Raúl Torres’ numbers to Fidel Castro.

The troubadour was also a source of controversy for his statements in support of Castroism: “I defend the revolution because, despite our mistakes, it never failed me, nor our Cuban people. The blockade, my people,” he said. said once.

The song “Patria y Vida”, released by Yotuel, Maykel Osorbo, Gente de Zona, El Funky and Descemer Bueno, surpassed one million views on YouTube in less than 72 hours.

The song, which promises to be an anthem of Cuban freedom, has caused quite a bit of dissatisfaction with the island’s government.

Yesterday the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba issued a statement against the theme and its musicians, in which he said that “the Cuban people vigorously reject them convinced that the Empire that today applauds them and throws away their coins, like Rome, pays the traitors, but despises them.”
