Demi Lovato claims that the drug dealer assaulted her before the overdose

Demi Lovato claims that she was sexually assaulted and “left dead” by the dealer who delivered her a dangerous cocktail of heroin and other drugs on the night she suffered an almost fatal overdose three years ago.

The “Heart Attack” singer remembers how she was forced to face what happened when she woke up in the hospital after the incident and the doctors asked her if she had consensual sex.

“I remembered him lying on top of me, so I said ‘yes,'” Lovato says in his YouTube documentaries, “Dancing with the Devil.”

She says that she soon realized that, due to her very defeated state, on the night of the near tragedy of July 2018, she had not been able to accept sex.

It wasn’t until a month after my overdose that I realized, “Hey, you weren’t in any mood to make a consensual decision,” she recalls. “This type of trauma doesn’t go away overnight.”

Lovato, 28, admits that, after her overdose, she relapsed once again.

“I wish I could say that the last night I got heroin was the night of my overdose, but it wasn’t,” she says, explaining that she wants to take “power back” from her drug dealer, which he did it. the name, after he had assaulted her.

“I wanted to rewrite his choice to violate me,” she explains. “I wanted it to be my choice now and he also had something I wanted, which were drugs. I got up. “

As part of a wrong plan to gain “power back” after a week-long trauma withdrawal, she even called the dealer who attacked her and told her, “I’ll fuck you.”

Lovato says he regretted doing this because he realized that after his relapse, he hit his ass.

“I thought, ‘How did I get the same drugs that put me in the hospital? She remembers. “I was mortified at my decisions.”

Now sober about the drugs that put her in the hospital, Lovato says in the docuseries – and in a cover story for Elle’s March issue – she’s not entirely limited to marijuana or alcohol.

“I’ve learned that closing the door to things makes me want to open the door even more,” she says. “I know I’m done with the things that will kill me… but I wish I could get some relief, maybe through weeds or something, right?”
