Eleonora Srugo, the woman accused of a romantic relationship with Clare Crawley’s ex-fiancé, Dale Moss, the “Bachelorette” star, says that she is not the reason why the former couple recently broke up.
“Dale and Eleonora have been and have been platonic friends for several years,” Ronn Torossian told Page Six on Friday. “They were never romantically involved in any way. She was excited about his engagement and wished him all the best. ”
The publicist clarified: “They were never involved in meetings – or romantic – in any way. Any statements they have made or been romantically involved are blatant lies. “
Rumors began to circulate first after E! The news reported that Srugo, a New York real estate agent, had “sneaked in with Dale” behind Crawley.
An unnamed source told the media that Crawley had seen evidence of Moss and Srugo together, but the publication did not describe what the evidence showed.
Meanwhile, Moss and Crawley have remained silent about the misleading rumors, but reality stars have released a statement about their separation.
Moss, 32, was the first to confirm the split, saying it was “the healthiest decision” for the couple. However, Crawley, 39, revealed on Instagram that she was “crushed” and “needed some time to really digest this.”
The whirlwind story of the couple lasted only five months. Moss proposed to Crawley in season 16 of “The Bachelorette” last year, after the couple met on the ABC dating show and met only a few short weeks.
