Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin have officially moved into a luxurious $ 12.5 million Malibu home, The Post can exclusively reveal.
It seems that the couple managed a good deal, as the listing was for the first time at 14 million dollars in July.
Property records in Los Angeles show that the home was purchased a few months ago, on October 22nd.
The modern Cape Cod-style property with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms covers a large area of 5,338 square meters.
The property has a two-storey guest house with a games room, a swimming pool with a spa center and a full outdoor barbecue area.
The star “Fifty shades of gray” and the singer Coldplay will not have to worry about security. The property is completely enclosed and has extensive security measures.
The house includes scenic ocean views and has several indoor and outdoor fireplaces and high, vaulted ceilings. It is located in a prime area, just a short walk from the beach, shops and schools.
A permit to build a tennis court is also included in the purchase.
