KANSAS CITY, Mo – As COVID-19 is being rolled out in the Kansas City area, 41 Action News compiles a list of vaccination events and where people can sign up for a vaccine interest form each week. Return to updates.
Vaccine slots fill up quickly and are often scheduled before each week.
Starting Sunday, March 21, Missouri will be vaccinating people in Phase 1B, Level 3.
Last week, Gov. Mike Parson announced that the state would move in Phase 2 on March 29 and Phase 3 on April 9.
Since Sunday, March 21, Kansas has been vaccinating people in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of its vaccine launch plan.
Gov. Laura Kelly also announced last week that the state would move in phases 3 and 4 on March 22.

As Missouri prepares to move into Phases 2 and 3 of the vaccine, state officials encourage anyone interested in being vaccinated to register on the vaccine. vaccine browser website.

Hy-Vee
Hy-Vee facilitates vaccines in locations in Kansas and Missouri. Those interested in receiving a vaccine can sign up for an appointment on the Hy-Vee COVID-19 vaccine website.
A Hy-Vee employee will contact those who are eligible when it is their turn to receive a vaccine.
On the Hy-Vee website, people can search for locations in the Kansas City area by zip code. The information will be updated periodically as new meetings become available.
CVS Pharmacy
CVS Pharmacy administers vaccines in the Kansas City area of Missouri. On Sunday, March 21, they will begin including appointments in Kansas City, Kansas and Leavenworth. As with other places, meetings are required. Sign up for Sunday’s appointments starting March 19th.
To sign up for a meeting, fill out do a survey of interest on the CVS vaccine website.
Scheduling availability is also available on the site.

Balls Food Pharmacies announced on March 17 that they will offer COVID-19 vaccination appointments at 10 a.m. every Friday.

Safe operation, Clay County
Operation Safe is a partnership between the Clay County Public Health Center, Liberty and North Kansas City and Cerner Hospitals.
This week, Operation Safe will host clinics from Wednesday, March 24 to Saturday, March 27.
These clinics will need to administer the second dose of Pfizer vaccine.
These are just meetings, and accessories will not be accepted.
Clinics will be facilitated at Cerner World Headquarters, 2951 Rock Creek Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64117.

Black League Baseball Museum
Hy-Vee is partnering with the Black Leagues Baseball Museum to provide vaccines to undeserved residents near the 18th & Vine District of Kansas City, Missouri.
Vaccination events will take place from 9:00 – 12:30 and 12:30 to 4 p.m. every month until a new notification.
Clinics are by appointment only and are only available to people living near the 18th & Vine district.
The vaccines will be administered at the museum, located at 1616 East 18th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108.
Kansas City VA Medical Center
Kansas City VA Medical Center now accepts appointments for any of its veterans clinics in the Kansas City area.
To receive a KCVA vaccine, veterans must be enrolled in VA health care.
KCVA also encourages veterans to call 816-922-2619 to schedule an appointment.
The doses received will be administered on a first come, first served basis.
Wyandotte County
Wyandotte County residents who are 65 years of age or older and critical workers in Phase 2 of the Kansas Vaccine Plan can receive a vaccine at mass clinics that the Unified Government will provide.
These are access opportunities and will take place from 10 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday at the following locations:

Johnson County Department of Health and Environment
Johnson County Department of Health and Environment currently vaccinates those who qualify in phase 1 and Phase 2 of the state vaccine.
However, next week the state will start vaccinating people in phases 3 and 4.
Anyone interested in being vaccinated should fill out the form of interest for the vaccine in the county. JCDHE will then reach people when it’s their turn to make an appointment.
Johnson County Hospitals
Several Johnson County hospitals administer vaccines to people in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Kansas vaccine.
