Last year, Chrome introduced the ability to connect to a highlight on web pages. The creation process involved downloading a separate extension from the first part, but Google is now integrating this feature into Chrome.
After highlighting the text on the web, the right-click menu will soon offer a new “Copy link for highlighting” option that generates a special URL with a # at the end. Those who click on your link will automatically scroll down the page to that highlighted section.
“Link to highlight” is launched with Chrome 90 on desktop and Android, although it is not yet widely available. It will soon come on iOS and should help increase the use of this very smart feature. E.g:

Meanwhile, Google is launching a revamped PDF editor / viewer in Chrome. Get started with a new toolbar that features key actions, such as page breaks, zoom commands, save, and one-click printing.
The override menu allows you to access a new “Two Pages” view and view “Document Properties”. Google is also launching a new presentation that eliminates the address bar, tabs, and other distractions as a preview.
Finally, you can now name the windows by right-clicking on an empty spot in the tab bar. This is to make it easier to switch windows and move pages between them. It joins the ability to name Tab Groups with Chrome in the next version of freezing pages in groups that have been restricted to conserve device resources.
With the launch, Google also highlights previous additions:
Chrome 90 is now launching on desktop and Android, but these features are not yet fully available and require another server update.
