The publication claims that it is not clear how Chris suffered the injury, but it seems to be being repaired.

It is believed that Chris’ severe back pain and swelling were seen by “specialist doctors” who gave cortisone injections to the Australian actor.

It is understood that the visit to the hospital was short-lived, and Chris was not asked to stay overnight after treatment.

Chris previously spoke about his back problems, after telling Men’s Health UK in March 2019 that he had to change his training and nutrition to stop his injuries becoming an “obstacle” during training and filming Thor films.

Chris told the publication at the time: “On certain days, when I had a few injuries – and I had quite a few in Thor’s time – it could start to get in the way, you know? But in the last year or so, I’ve changed a lot of training and nutrition programs and I feel the best I’ve ever felt.

“I found that after lifting weights for so long and not getting in touch with my fast-twitch fibers, my body shone. [has gone]. In my father’s school race at my child’s school last year, I hadn’t sprinted in about five years – then, boom, you go and do a 100-meter sprint to the skin. My back turned for weeks, “he admitted.

I think I need to do some more sprints. It just hurts. Running is painful. I don’t run a lot for this reason. I would prefer to have mobility in my body from surfing and get that fluidity that I enjoy, ”said Chris.

Chris and the wife of Spanish actress Elsa Pataky both have filming commitments in Sydney at the moment for separate projects.

The Hollywood couple has so far managed to fly back and forth from the capital of New South Wales to their coastal home, Byron Bay, to be with their three children between sets.

The flight takes about an hour and 15 minutes.

The couple, who share eight-year-old daughter India Rose and six-year-old twin sons Sasha and Tristan, live in a $ 30 million mansion in Broken Head, near Byron Bay.
