The Caguas Command’s homicide division has filed two drafts against Dennis Antonio Rivera Aponte, 38 years old, a Gurabo resident for the murder of her consensual partner Ileana Rodríguez Félix, aged 35.
The investigation revealed that the suspect, using an object, attacked the victim with a strong blow to various parts of the head, causing serious bodily injuries until his death, dissatisfied with such an action, he mounted her in his vehicle. , left the residence of the suspect and collides with a pillar of power apparently with the intention of attributing the death of the accident.
This case was investigated by Officer Joely Vicente Cruz of the Caguas Homicide Division, who consulted with prosecutor Yamir Samolot, who instructed him to file complaints under Articles 93 e (first-degree murder) and Article 6.06 of Law 168 (weapons law).
This afternoon and in Room 304 of the Caguas Court, presided over by Judge Daniel López González, the suspect, accompanied by his legal representation, pleaded guilty to the complaints.
A security of $ 325,000.00 was set, which was borrowed and scheduled for March 17, 2021 for the preliminary hearing.
