The CDC has released an update to travel guides to allow fully vaccinated Americans to travel without being tested or quarantined afterwards. While passengers were still expected to follow safety precautions, many shared the joy of falling back into a kind of normalcy.

“I think it’s wonderful,” said traveler Todd Baham. “Everyone likes freedom to a certain extent. We want to return to a kind of normalcy. So I’m fine, but I’m not against anyone who isn’t. To each his own. ”
The updated guide is expected to provide much-needed relief to the tourism industry, which has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic and has struggled to recover.
