If Carson Wentz remains the savior of the Eagles, he will want to leave Philadelphia. That’s according to a ESPN Report released today.

Sources told Adam Schefter that Wentz is unhappy with the current situation of the defender, who is currently in second place. debutant, Jalen Hurts.

Wentz played like shit all year and has a 3-8-1 record as a starter in 2020. If he wants to do that elsewhere, in every way – go.

Three weeks ago, Hurts replaced Wentz, who was dressed in a game against Green Bay. Rookie completed admirably, then started and win, in the next game vs. Sts.

Hurts will likely start the last two games of the Eagles, while the team is trying to win a division with a lost record.

Philadelphia will have to figure out what to do with the very well paid QB relatively soon. Sometime in March, Wentz’s basic salary of $ 22 million becomes guaranteed money. However, if Hurts takes the ball out for the rest of the year, the defender’s question could be easily answered.

The Eagles, however, don’t want their former No. 2 draft pick to go anywhere – at least not yet. One week ago, the team sources he told Schefter that the organization intends to keep Wentz. Reminder: he was once the favorite to win the MVP in 2017 before breaking his ACL. After Nick Foles stepped in to win a Super Bowl victory in 2018, Wentz returned to his original role and led the Eagles to two consecutive playoff seasons.

Wentz’s former teammate Torrey Smith took her to Twitter to guarantee the QB’s writing, “You’re out of your mind if you think Carson Wentz can’t walk because of this season.”

We?

Carson Wentz didn’t play in every game either yet he threw the most interceptions in 2020. He was fired 10 times more than any other QB in the NFL and has the second lowest defender rating behind Sam Darnold. Yes, this is just a season. But it’s a particularly bad one for Wentz.

As uncomfortable as he is, Carson Wentz will be a backup for the rest of the year.

Who knows, he could ride on the bench in 2021 as well.
