Outgoing San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz Soto revealed on Tuesday that she is evaluating whether to return to electoral politics by 2024, either as a lawmaker through Accumulation or as a resident commissioner in Washington for the Popular Democratic Party.

“I remain committed to public order, I do not rule out returning to choice policy in Puerto Rico in 2024. If I do, it will be by accumulation or for the resident police station, looking from the Popular party alliances with the Victoria Ciudadana movement and the PIP (Puerto Rican Independence Party) “said the mayor, who was aiming for PPD governor in primaries during this year’s election period.
