Hours after the events, Buffalo police chief Pat Budke revealed the perpetrator’s identity.
Gregory Ulrich, Aged 67, is the so-called perpetrator of the attack on the clinic. “There is a history that he was not satisfied with the medical care he received” and it was a premeditated attack on the clinic or a person in the clinic, although the investigation did not determine the exact cause. What they reported was that he was a person who already had a criminal record.
Police also found several artifacts in a room at Super Motel 6 that housed Ulrich, according to reports from CNN.
Ulrich is expected to appear before a judge on Thursday to rule.
