She’s stronger than yesterday.
Britney Spears went public for the first time since last month’s release of the controversial Hulu documentary, “Framing Britney Spears.”
The 39-year-old pop superstar looked cheerful as she went out in Los Angeles on Tuesday with her boyfriend Sam Asghari and one of her two sons with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, 14-year-old Jayden.
Britney appeared in good spirits – even stopping by an Easter bunny statue to pose for a picture – just a day before her conservative battle began in the courtroom.
On Wednesday, Britney’s attorneys, her father, Jamie Spears, and mother, Lynne Spears, attended a hearing to discuss the conservatory over her property.
Jamie, 68, and the financial company Bessemer Trust are currently overseeing the accounts. However, these issues have been pushed back to a trial date set for April 27.
At the hearing, Britney’s lawyer, Sam Ingham III, stated that he intends to apply for Jodi Montgomery to be the permanent conservative of the “person”, ie Britney. Montgomery, a care manager, has been a temporary conservator since 2019. Ingham’s application will also be reviewed and discussed on April 27.
Britney’s father, Jamie, was the previous conservative, until he temporarily handed over his duties at Montgomery, citing health problems.
Ingham has stated in previous court documents that Britney is “feared” by her father and therefore wants him removed as a conservative.
Despite all this drama, Britney seems to have a positive attitude. Sources previously told Page Six that she remained “emotional” but “hopeful” after seeing parts of the documentary “Framing Britney Spears”, which covered the media coverage and public scrutiny she faced throughout her career.
On Tuesday, she was photographed wearing a turquoise long-sleeved shirt, white shorts, turquoise birkenstock and a white mask while she and Asghari, 27, and her teenage son drank from Starbucks and then they stopped at a nearby restaurant, where Britney saw the bunny.
These images of the paparazzi are the first viewing of the singer “… Baby One More Time” outside of social networks, where she recently shared that she was celebrating her boyfriend’s birthday and also posted a rare photo with her sons.
Ashgari said he would like to start his own family with Britney. He told Forbes earlier this month: “I want to take my relationship to the next step as well. I don’t mind becoming a father. I want to be a young father. ”
The Iranian-born actor has been open about Jamie’s alleged attempts to control his relationship. He said in February: “I have zero respect for someone who tries to control our relationship and constantly throws obstacles at us. In my opinion, Jamie [Spears] is a total d – k. ”
