The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property belonged to the pop singer between 2007, when she separated from her husband Kevin Federline and in 2012, when she entered and left the rehabilitation facilities and fought for custody of her two sons.
According to Los Angeles real estate records, the home was first listed in July 2018 for $ 9.45 million, but the price has dropped significantly over the years by almost $ 3 million. The new owner of the house finally settled with an offer on January 15th.
