“Bridgerton” has launched a new main lady: Meet Simone Ashley

“Bridgerton” could show its own rivalry between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.

The amazing “Sex Education” actress, Simone Ashley, is the new main lady of the city, as the Netflix show had has announced.

Erotic-laden vintage soap – based on Julia Quinn’s best-selling series of novels, created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by “Scandal” queen Shonda Rhimes – is set in the competitive world of Regency London, in stylish style, 1880.

For Season 2 – based on Quinn’s second entry, her book series, “The Viscount Who Loved Me” – Sweet Daphne will have to share the spotlight on Princess Kate and Duchess Meghan, as the new episodes will focus on conjugal searches of the eldest Daphne Brother Bridgerton: Anthony (Jonathan Bailey, 32).
