Outstanding Brazilian actress and businesswoman Nicette Bruno passed away on December 20 due to the coronavirus, as confirmed by the media her niece Vanessa Goulart.
Nicette, 87, has been hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the São José Health Center in Rio de Janeiro since November 29. The hospital had already reported that his health was critical and was still deteriorating.
In the early hours of Sunday, Nicetta’s daughter, Beth Goulart, posted a photo of the two on Instagram accompanied by a message in which she seemed to show hope for her mother’s recovery:
“My mother, my life, my love. Pray for Nicette and all the patients with Covid-19, strengthening the family members and health teams who work tirelessly. Thank you all,” wrote Beth, who is also an actress.
In the same social network, the popular actress Regina Duarte expressed:
“What a sad day, Nicete! I thought you’d come back and I lost you. Brazil lost, we all lost. God wanted you with him. To comfort me, there is Nicetta’s spirituality, the memory of the moments we spent together, on stage, in dressing rooms and also in intimacy, private life, with Paulo, with the whole dear family, in LOVE “, he wrote.
My feelings for everyone, children, grandchildren, friends. Nicette’s way of being has always impressed me and infected me with the passion she had for her mission, not only as an actress, but as a woman, mother, grandmother, to be social. She was always open to the joy and acceptance of what came and went, she was an enlightened, superior, exemplary human being. It made me grow to evolve, with her contagious generosity and her love of life. Rest in peace, my friend, “he concluded.
Nicette Bruno reached the Cuban screens by portraying her with Nina Mestieri, in the soap opera The Next Victim, where she shared the cast with José Wilker, Susana Vieira, Tony Ramos and Lima Duarte.
