Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has some server issues right now, an issue that both gamers and Activision are well aware of so far. As players accessed social networks to complain that the servers were again having problems with Activision, which was responsible for its various support accounts, to confirm that there is indeed an outage and that the problem is being analyzed. Server issues are currently affecting all platforms Black Ops Cold War is available on as yet without any indication as to when the issues will be resolved.
Black Ops Cold War the problems started at noon last Tuesday or so, which led players to go to social media for answers. The Activision Support Twitter account, which usually encounters these types of issues, responded in kind to acknowledge the interruption and redirect players to the server status page for various games that fall under Activision’s jurisdiction. This page for Black Ops Cold War similarly acknowledges the disruption and says it affects all platforms.

“We currently have connectivity issues,” says the message on the Activision support page at 12:31 pm PST. “This incident is under investigation.”
As with any of these types of outages, it is unclear now when the issue will be resolved, but the issues do not persist for long. The same server status page that sent the above message or the Activision support account mentioned above will probably be the best way to get more information, as details about when the issue or issues will be fixed are available. .
In the meantime, you can get better acquainted with some upcoming Call of Duty events while you wait for the servers to return online. Most events on the horizon relate to Call of Duty: Warzone instead of Black Ops Cold Warhowever, with news of a Zombies crossover dominating Call of Duty communities in the last week or so. It’s supposed to be some kind of Zombies event War zone which will potentially cause a cataclysmic explosion that will alter the map, but details about it are relegated to teasers and alleged leaks, for now.
