Black Ops Cold War “Drain” makes players come out

A new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War leak has CODE players, or at least some players, who get scared. In the official marketing material for season 1, Activision and Treyarch revealed that a series of controversial scores will soon come into play. Specifically, an official screenshot of the game features a character who uses the flamethrower, who, at the time of writing, is not in the game and has not been officially announced. It is unclear whether this is a teasing or an artist and marketing, forgetting that the killstreak flame launcher is not in the game and was not announced, however, it was leaked many months ago, by the kindness of the game files and the data analyzers who combed them. .

So far, neither Activision nor Treyarch have commented on the screenshot and its implications, and at the moment it is unlikely to do so. It is also worth noting that the screenshot does not confirm in one way or another whether this is a scorestreak or a weapon in play. That being said, the data leak mentioned above suggested it was just a scorestreak.

While the screenshot more or less confirms that the flamethrower is coming into play, it is not revealed when it comes to play. It looks like it will come sooner rather than later, if it already appears in the official screenshots, but for now, this is just a guess.

As mentioned, players are frightened about the prospect of launching the flamethrower into the game due to its controversial implementation in the past.
