Eilish sought a restraining order against John Hearle, a man he claims to have camped at a school over the home, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The 19-year-old claims that she was bombarded with threatening and disturbing letters sent by Hearle and claims that she even made a “neck cut” movement when she saw her.

The LAPD appears to be investigating the matter, but has not made any arrests, police sources told the website.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Eilish says that Hearle caused “emotional hurt, including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family and loss of peace and quiet and security in my home, and” personal space resulting from repeated cases of harassment. . ‘
