Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Charity Linked to Lara Trump, has spent nearly $ 2 million on Trump Properties

According to HuffPost, a dog rescue charity will have spent more than $ 2 million at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort by the end of this weekend. Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump is chair of the Big Dog Ranch Rescue, but the president, Lauren Simmons, claims this played no part in the charity’s decision to hold several fundraising events at the resort over the years. Between 2014 and 2021, the organization spent $ 1.9 million on Trump’s Florida club and nearby golf course, and they will spend an additional $ 225,000 this weekend, according to HuffPost. Simmons appears to be a staunch supporter of election fraud conspiracies in 2020. “Either we TAKE back the power or we will never be free,” Simmons tweeted on Jan. 3. “No more neat questions.” She did not respond to HuffPost’s questions about her support of Trump.
