Beyond Meat (BYND) – Beyond Meat has announced the opening of a new production plant in China, its first outside the United States. The plant food company said the new plant will significantly increase its capacity to deliver products to the region. Beyond Meat increased by 2.8% in premarket stock.

Nokia (NOK) – Nokia has settled a long-standing patent dispute with computer maker Lenovo by concluding a new cross-licensing agreement. The case involved Lenovo’s use of several video compression technologies. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the Finnish telecommunications equipment maker said it would receive a payment from Lenovo. Nokia rose 1.3% in premarket trading.

Li Auto (LI) – Li Auto has announced a new $ 750 million debt offer, which the Chinese electric vehicle maker said will be used to fund research and development. The stock decreased by 3.7% in the premarket stock.
