Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas broke up if they had a family together, say Page Six sources. But friends believe there is a chance for a Hollywood ending, and the loving birds will reconcile.
Page six confirmed the split on Monday, with a source telling us that the couple – who had been together for almost a year – were in “different places” in their lives. Another source further explained that the separation came to the children. “He would not commit to having more children,” the insider said. “She is over 30 years old. It was a business break. ”
Affleck, 48, has three children – Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11 and Samuel, 8 – with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. De Armas, 32, has no children.
Another source close to the couple explains: “Ben is not in a place to start a new family. Both he and Ana have three jobs lined up. His family must be and will continue to be his focal point. ”
While we are told that the decision to share was mutual, friends believe that the couple may not be final. “They could get back together,” a source said. “They’re in love. People who know them think it’s temporary.”
The two first met on the set of their thriller, “Deep Water” and, as Page Six reported, were then seen enjoying a romantic trip to Havana in March last year. Since then, they have been seen in paparazzi photos of dog walks and sipping coffee in LA.
But after being quarantined together, he made a trip home to visit the family, which caused a buzz, the relationship being on the rocks.
The station reported Monday that de Armas was looking for houses to rent in West Hollywood after the breakup, after moving to the $ 20 million mansion in Affleck and moving home to Venice, California last month.
