CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Baptist Health will launch an online scheduling platform starting Friday, with accommodation for 12,000 slots for people aged 65 and over and other high-risk people to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
A press release from Baptist Health South Florida said the 65-year-old, as well as members of the high-risk community, will be able to book a meeting starting Friday.
The site is Baptisthealth.net.
Those who receive an appointment will receive a distribution time period that will begin on Monday.
“We expect to continue to add availability as we add additional locations in the coming weeks,” the statement said. “The light at the end of the tunnel shines a little brighter. In the meantime, we urge everyone to continue to take appropriate security measures as we move forward in this fight. “
